Participation in PupCruisers events, rides, meetups, and community activities is voluntary.

Participants may be required to sign separate waivers or release agreements before participating.

Failure to comply with event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

12. Dog Safety

You are solely responsible for determining whether your dog is physically and behaviorally suited to participate in any activity involving scooters, rides, events, or outdoor adventures.

PupCruisers provides educational information only and cannot guarantee the safety or suitability of any activity for you or your dog.

You remain responsible for your dog's care, supervision, behavior, and compliance with applicable laws.

13. Product Safety

Customers are responsible for reading and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety recommendations.

Always wear appropriate safety equipment when operating electric scooters or similar equipment.

PupCruisers is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse, improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

14. Intellectual Property

All content available through PupCruisers, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, photography, Ride Guides, articles, digital downloads, website content, branding, software, and designs, is owned by PupCruisers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

15. User Generated Content

If you submit photos, videos, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content to PupCruisers, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and promote that content in connection with our business.

You represent that you own or have permission to share any content you submit.

16. Community Standards

Users agree not to:

Harass or threaten others
Post unlawful or offensive material
Infringe intellectual property rights
Submit fraudulent information
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Disrupt the operation of the website
Misrepresent affiliation with PupCruisers

Violation of these standards may result in account suspension or termination.
